If ever there was a time machine & I decide to rewind my life to, let's say 10 years ago- I wouldn't have imagined me to actually be in the space and place I am in now... it just simply happened! Somebody up there heard the soft spoken secrets of my heart, sometimes spilt with tears, sometimes with heapful of sighs...nevermind that I am a late bloomer, as some would say. I take the delay as rather pleasant since it is lingering, like the sweet aftertaste of rose wine and summer strawberries.
My dreams are coming true, every single one of them- except for owning my dream house & the millionare bit (ha,ha,ha...) but, well, here I am getting a degree and finishing next year, living a modest but comfortable life, I have overcome my fear of driving and am getting my restricted next month, I have the opportunity to pursue other interests such as photography, baking and I have just started writing a novel :) which has been a lingering dream of mine even as a child.
Oh, and I have to mention singing! yes, tis funny this singing thing- I have always envied people who sing well, I love music see and I have always had this terrible, husky, cracking voice (to my dismay) BUT thanks to constant practice compliments of our karaoke I now have a singing voice! (chuckle...). I find that quite comical really, I mean who woud've thought? but here I am doing all these things and sharing it with the people I love. These lovely thoughts never fail to make me smile... keeps the blues bugs away, jolly good.

Sometimes, I need to pinch myself, just to make sure it is all real and what do you know? it truly, magnificently is.
Enjoy the beauty of life and I'm wishing you many more years as I've been pondering what really makes people happy for a post and this was great to read.
