Nothing Much ;)

Rest is a week away. Holidays soon and I'll make sure I will make up to my family ;)
I didn't realize that taking on a degree is the very same thing as signing my life away (LOL), it just ate up all my time, energy and emotion- it's completely ridiculous. However, I'm nearly there, just one more year! (sigh...). So, yeah, I am hanging on.

On another note:

Well, I've just been to a party earlier and it's a good feeling to be surrounded by friends and family but I feel so knackered now, I'm awfully tired. It is going to be a fortnight of baking cakes for friends and I have already started- I made a christening cake for a young couple who's just had their first wee one- a baby girl named Frencheska (who is so adorable by the way). On the 28th is another cake, a 50th for a classmate of mine and again the very next day for my best mate Heidi who is turning 40. I don't even eat the cakes that I make anymore! I've had enough of my cooking and baking ;) but it's all good. They love it, so that's my reward and baking is therapeutic to me anyway (ha,ha,ha...).
Hmm, I am finally getting better. I 've had a long bout with my asthma, coughing, and allergies that I just gave up on being well altogether but these past few days have been okay (fingers crossed) so i hope it'll stay that way. Having an itchy throat and phlegm does not look good when you are trying to nurse patients themselves- uh, uh...it is very annoying.
I am supposed to write a reflective essay tonight about my prac experience, I have started but my mind clogged up and for once (which is a rare thing for me) I cannot command my thoughts to turn into words, tsk, tsk.
Anyway, I still have tomorrow to do it- ahh, yes- procrastinating once again. Better call it a night, today was a bit full on. Ta-ta!
