I took a walk around one of the loveliest, scenic spots in our area, which is the Mount and I really enjoyed it. The view is just breathtaking! I took this photo because it was poetry in itself- there are some things where words aren't needed, when words are not enough to capture what the eye has beholden :)
It was a 45 minute walk around the base of the mountain, not too many people were trekking the path, partly because it was a blustery day- chilly winds, but I didn't really mind because the sun was out.
It's great to take some time out by yourself, I have not done that in ages & so, doing that again feels a bit strange and lonesome but it was good ;) I felt real good afterwards. It gave me time to think about some stuff... about the Lord, life, love, the kids and the future, being a nurse and all.
I am at the end of my second year & I can't believe it! so soon? the year kind of passed by in a blur - and all I remember is sitting in the lecture rooms or spending most of my day on the computer. I have a feeling I'll miss tech, esp. the people I consider my family- my mates and our tutors. Hummm, here I go again, putting my heart out on my sleeve. Oh, well that's life... in that case, I'm glad we have Facebook! good 'ol FB, hahaha...
